The SIMPLE OFFLINE CONSULTING Business Model: IN a nutshell – it is basically
1. Getting a website to page one of google and
2. "renting or leasing" that website out for $500 a month to a business owner.
If you have done any real estate investing – this is even better than renting out property because you don't have to worry about leaky faucets or toilets! Seriously!
OK so let's break it down play by play shall we?
And it's get's better because in my future blog posts I'll show you 'proof' by doing it right in front of your eyes from SCRATCH and how to make money with it…

Let's put it into practice and follow my 10 SIMPLE steps to offline consulting passive income so you can sip your beaujolais or beer or soda in a cool vacation spot real soon!
I want you to walk thru the red door below into an EXOTIC WORLD of Passive Offline consulting income!
Your Offline Consulting Action Plan:
Step 1: Pick a niche of a local business (e.g. chiropractor, painter, plumber, dentist, veternarian, plastic surgeon, massage spa, etc.)
Step 2: Buy a keyword optimized domain around that local business niche (e.g. If the city is Henderson, and the niche you pick is 'chiropractor' – then something like HendersonChiropractor4u.com or something like that!
Step 3: Install the 'Google loving' wordpress blogging software on it
Step 4: SEO optimize that new blog with google loving plugins and changing the permalink structure to
/%category%/%postname%-%post_id%.html
Psst…one of those google loving plugins is Matt and Ryans' pingback optimizer plugin you can get by clicking here.
Step 5: Change the name of your wordpress categories to by 'keyword rich' (e.g such as 'back pain' in the henderson chiropractor example
Step 6: Go get 5 articles written (250 to 300 words) keyword optimized for your local business niche keyword (e.g. 'henderson chiropractor'). You can get articles at 99centarticles dot com or fiverr dot com (no affiliate link there!)
Step 7: Post the articles on 5 separate blog posts in your new blog in five consecutive days and don't forget to bold the keyword(s), add your SEO tags, hit the 'more' button after the first paragraph to SEO optimize your blog post.
Step 8: Social bookmark each blog post to get more backlinks!
Step 9: More backlink work (THIS IS CRITICAL) because it helps you get to google page 1. You can outsource this to a virtual assistant (which I recommend) and when you get 2 or more clients paying you $500 a month…I recommend you have someoine full time at $500 per month doing monthly backlinks for you.
Step 10: You should have that website for your selected niche on page one of google now…so now you reap the rewards!
Call 10 local business owners in that city who would be CRAZY not to take you up on your offer of $500 per month to get that website and new customers flooding their office!
ONLY pick one – that's your USP in a way – and moves the business owner to take action – you say only ONE business in your niche can get it!
Is it that simple? YES it is
The hardest part? YOU taking action!
But it's being SERVED up – all you gotta do is reach out and GRAB IT!
